ACCL AWARDS 12 SCHOLARSHIPS TOTALING $32,000 FROM THE McALLISTER SCHOLARSHIP TRUST FUND

The Armstrong Center for Community Learning (ACCL) held a luncheon on June 21, 2022 to congratulate the recipients of the 2022 Ralph and Mary Lou McAllister Scholarship Trust Fund. The annual scholarship is awarded to students who reside within the greater Ford City, PA area and are pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree. The McAllisters were lifelong residents of Ford City, where Mrs. McAllister was an active citizen and interested in the welfare of the local community.
The ACCL awarded 12 scholarships ranging from $1,000 to $5,000 each to the following students:
Abigail Burk – Paul Smith’s College
Alexandra Duncan – Seton Hill University
Olivia Emmonds – Saint Vincent College
Brailey Frankhouser – Duquesne University
Kylie Frankhouser – Duquesne University
Nicholas Gavran – Pennsylvania State University
Chloe Hankey – Westminster College
Jessa Kinter – Westminster College
Jalen Price – Slippery Rock University
Sydney Spang – Clarion University of Pennsylvania
Olivia Whiteman – Grove City College
Spencer Wood – Pennsylvania State University
