Group Hypnosis for Test Anxiety

The Armstrong Center for Community Learning will host certified hypnotherapist Dana J. Cloak Lozano of A-Z Hypnotherapy on Saturday, January 18, 2025 from 10:00am to 11:30am for a group hypnosis session to overcome test anxiety.  Designed to ease anxiety and boost focus, participants will gain tools to manage stress, improve focus, and approach exams with confidence.  Cost to participate is $60.  Limited space.  Deadline to register is Jan. 11th.  Register at www.a-zhypnotherapy.com.
